Chart
The MD Chart screen
is the core of the Medamation MD program. All the
important patient medical information is entered & displayed
here. It is divided up into simple-to-use tabs, so you can
quickly go to a specific function:
- History
- Profile
- Vitals
- Exam
- Procedure

- Plan
- Multimedia
- Addenda

Each
tab is color coded to indicate the level of information it
contains, so you can instantly see if you've forgotten anything:

No
information has been entered yet |
| Yellow |
Some
information has been entered |
| Black |
All
information has been entered |
As with the
Demographics screen, if the patient has ever been admitted in
the past, all the past history data will automatically be filled
out.
