Printed Discharge Instructions

Medamation MD makes it very simple to create & print discharge instructions.  Some of the key data (name, prescriptions, etc.) is automatically entered. Other information can be easily added, as needed.

The discharge instruction includes the following information:

• Patient name, date & time of visit

• Treatment

• Prescriptions

• Impression

• Plan

• Physician's signature

• Hospital logo, in color

The patient goes home with a clear, concise document showing exactly what they should do to help ensure their recovery.
